Welcome to Alabama Fibromyalgia Center.  The Alabama Fibromyalgia Center (AFC) is a Board Certified Comprehensive Pain Management Center which provides a multi-disciplinary program for patients with chronic fibromyalgia.

Fibromyalgia is a life-long condition with symptoms that include chronic pain in the muscles, fatigue, sleep problems, and painful tender points or trigger points at certain parts of the body. The staff at The Alabama Fibromyalgia Center provides each patient with support and treatment options to help manage fibromyalgia.
